We used Earthscape Design Group to update our outside landscape. Eric Hull is a very talented landscape designer. We had a very challenging outside area, that Eric transformed into a beautiful patio that has been delightful when entertaining guest. Eric designed an adjacent landscape garden that compliments the patio, giving a sense of serenity and privacy to the area which has now become our favorite place to be when outside.
Eric is truly gifted at seeing how to create a beautiful and functional landscape. He is well versed in design and plant material and maybe most importantly knows the native and hardy species for our region. We used Eric on a couple of occasions for landscape design and couldn't be happier. We live on the south end of Camano Island, yet he didn't hesitate to drive from his home in Skagit County to supervise plantings and help with design and adjustments. His ideas were always spot on, and the end result was a beautiful yard. He also recommended some subcontractors for work he doesn't do, and they turned out to be fantastic as well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric for any landscape design project.
Eric took the vision we had of what our yard 'could be' and made it a reality. It was a complete overhaul ripping out the old and bringing in the new. He listened carefully and crafted a plan that incorporated the design esthetics most important to us. Eric's superpower is communicating through visual renderings; we knew EXACTYLY what the yard was going to look like once completed. He has a talent for maximizing small spaces as well as making larger spaces manageable. He was on time AND on budget which happened only because he was transparent throughout the entire process.
